2. Estimates, Payments, and Access

    •    Estimates are based on visible conditions and may change after full diagnosis.

    •    Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    •    Customers must provide safe, clear, and reasonable access to appliances and service areas.

    •    Additional labor or parts required beyond the original estimate will be approved before completion when possible.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number to Home Tech RGV, you consent to receive service-related text messages regarding your appliance repair request, including:

    •    Appointment confirmations and reminders

    •    Technician arrival notifications

    •    Service updates and follow-ups

    •    Estimates, invoices, and payment links

    •    Customer support communications

    •    Message frequency varies depending on your service activity.

    •    Message and data rates may apply.

    •    You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages.

    •    You may reply HELP for assistance.

    •    Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

    •    Home Tech RGV does not send unsolicited marketing texts and does not sell or share mobile numbers for marketing purposes.

4. Cancellations and Scheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled based on technician availability, parts availability, weather, or safety conditions. Customers should notify Home Tech RGV as soon as possible if they need to reschedule.

5. Limitation of Liability

Home Tech RGV is not responsible for:

    •    Pre-existing appliance defects or hidden damage

    •    Manufacturer design failures

    •    Food loss, water damage, or incidental/consequential damages

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed, where permitted by law.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Any labor or parts warranty will be stated on the service invoice.

Except where required by law, no additional warranties—express or implied—are provided.
